How to delete it
- Sign in to Sprouting Tracker.
- Open Settings, and tap Delete account under Account.
- Type your password, and tap Delete My Account.
If you have forgotten your password, reset it first. If you cannot sign in at all, email us at info@onthegrow.net from the address your account uses, and we will delete it for you.
What is deleted
Your login, your kitchen, your jars and their history, your seed and supplies, your achievements, your settings and your reminders on every device. Any subscription is cancelled first and your saved card is removed. If you own a shared kitchen, its jars are deleted too, and the person you shared it with gets an email. Jars and seed you added to someone else's kitchen stay in that kitchen, under its owner.
Copies in our nightly backups are deleted within 90 days. See section 7.2 of the Privacy Policy.
